About Alexia Lewis
Alexia is not your typical health speaker. She has been struggling with her weight since her teen years and at 38, she survived a heart attack.
Yep. That’s what it took for her to finally start appreciating her body and treating herself better. (Don’t be like Alexia.)
But she still didn’t know how to cook a proper meal or what to do so she dove down the rabbit hole of education to learn how to avoid the BS, then became a coach to help others and, well, to keep herself honest.
Today, she helps others honor their health without sacrificing their sanity through her unique way of cutting through the confusion to focus on what really matters with lots of support, tough love, and laughter.
