I know how difficult all this health and nutrition stuff it can be. I am a heart attack survivor and a woman who has battled to maintain a healthy-for-me weight since my teen years. I had low confidence, negative self-talk, and the uncertainty that people who struggle with their weight and body image have. (PS – I still have to fight to keep this at bay). I got confused by marketing tactics and health influencers and they got some of my hard-earned dollars. (PS – never again!).
So, yes. I get it.
I get you.
Now, I write, speak, make videos, cook, and eat healthy delicious food and try to help people keep it simple. I do it for no cost here. You can hire me if you need a writer or speaker for your group or worksite.

Credentials & Experience
Alexia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist with Florida Department of Health. Her Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer credentials are from the American Council on Exercise.
In addition, she has received a Culinary Nutrition Certification through the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and is a Weight Management Specialist through the American Council on Exercise.
Her formal education includes earning a Master of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Health from the University of North Florida. From her previous career, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University.
Alexia has coached, counseled, educated, and learned and laughed alongside hundreds of people to improve their nutrition and lifestyle habits, break their food rules, and shut down their inner critic to improve their health and weight. She has worked in private practice, with a population health management company, and as a university wellness dietitian. She has also taught at the University of North Florida as an Adjunct Instructor and served as a preceptor for master’s level dietetic interns and undergraduate nutrition students.
